We do not provide legal representation or act as attorneys.
Our services include guidance on visa applications, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, and related immigration matters.

Clients must provide accurate and truthful information.
Banooria Immigration Consultant LLC is not responsible for delays or denials due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
Clients understand that final decisions on visa approvals and immigration applications rest solely with U.S. government authorities (USCIS, NVC, U.S. Embassy, etc.).

Consultation fees must be paid in full before services are provided.
All fees are non-refundable, as they cover consultancy time and effort.
Government fees (USCIS, NVC, Embassy fees) are not included in our service fees and must be paid directly to the respective agencies.

All personal information provided by clients is treated confidentially and used solely for consultancy purposes.
We do not share client information with third parties, except as required by law.

Banooria Immigration Consultant LLC does not guarantee visa approvals or positive outcomes.
We provide guidance based on experience and knowledge, but final decisions are made by U.S. immigration authorities.

We are not liable for denied applications, delays, or legal consequences resulting from incorrect submissions, missing documents, or government policies.
Clients are encouraged to seek legal advice if they require attorney services.
